Matthew 18:20 (KJV)  20. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Does a building alone make a Church?

As a Christian, after reading and studying Gods Word, how would you define Church?

1 Thessalonians 5:18

"In every thing give thanks: for this is the Will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."

1 Thessalonians 4:3

"For this is the Will of God, even your Sanctification, that you should abstain from fornication:"

James 4:13-16

"Go to now, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:" Whereas you know not what will be on the next day.  For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appears for a little time, even a vapour, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away.  For that you ought to say, "If the Lord will, we will live, and do this, or that."  But now you rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil."

Romans 12:2

"And be not conformed to this world: but be you transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and Perfect, Will of God."

"Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the Earth.  The LORD of Hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our Refuge. Selah."

James 5:17

"Elijah was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: it rained not on the earth by space of three years and six months."

The men's ministries continued their study on David.

The women's ministries did a study in Philippians 4:4-9.

"Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.  Let your moderation be known to all men.  The Lord is at hand.  Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  The Peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.  Finally, Brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, if there be any praise, think on these things.  Those things, which you have been both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: the God of Peace will be with you."
